Today is the conclusion of the second round of matches. France was frustrated by an extremely negative England (Michael Ballack said “it’s not football“) coming away with just only point. Ukraine beat Sweden thanks to two fantastic goals from Andrei Shevchenko, a player who is far past his best but still has some of the old magic.

Both teams will be chasing the 3 points today, as a win would bring them each extremely close to the next round.
